[mw2600] Zine update

Well, it looks like the date I set was a tad premature. I talked to a
couple guys interested in writing articles, and it simply wouldn't be
ready by the first. So if you have an article to submit, send it to me
(aestetix at aestetix.net) by January 30. So far articles in the works
surround win32 programming, cryptography, artificial intelligence, and
technology in politics and law. Thanks to everyone helping out!

Second, we need to discuss the format of the zine... should it be text
only, or support HTML/etc? Text only would necessitate an ASCII logo, but
it would be portable and viewable in any browser/editor. A web layout
would allow images etc, but would be larger and require a bit more work.

Finally, I just finished an article ("Why AI is Possible") that barely
missed getting into Hackcanada's K-1ine #42 (grr clone!). Check out
aestetix.net for my article and a link to the new K-1ine.
